Shekhar is a qualified lawyer and experienced litigator. He has extensive experience handling complex IP litigation involving trademark, copyright, patent and ancillary IP matters. In addition his practice focuses on civil and criminal IP enforcement and dispute resolution.

Shekhar primarily handles commercial and civil cases and appears before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora such as the Trade Marks Registries and various Courts, including High Courts and Supreme Court. Shekhar also advises clients from a wide array of industries on commercial transactions, and is often engaged in drafting contracts and agreements.
